Dr. Shahid Ali, MD

Dr. Shahid Ali earned his medical degree from King George's Medical College in India. He completed his internship and residency in internal medicine at the Bronx VA Medical Center and Mount Sinai School of Medicine in New York City and a fellowship in gastroenterology at the State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University and St. Luke's South Shore in Cudahy, Wis.

Dr. Ali, who is board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, has been in practice since 1994. His primary clinical interests are advanced endoscopic intervention and general gastroenterology, including diagnosis and treatment of digestive disorders such as stomach pain, ulcers, reflux, constipation and Crohn's disease

He is a member of the American College of Gastroenterology, American Gastroenterological Association, American Society of Gastrointestinal Endoscopy, American Association for the Study of Liver Disease and American College of Physicians.
