Dr. Faiz Javed, DO

Dr. Faiz Javed earned his undergraduate degree in biology from Texas A&M University and his medical degree from Rocky Vista University College of Osteopathic Medicine in Parker, Colo. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Joseph Health Center in Warren, Ohio.

Board certified in internal medicine and gastroenterology, Dr. Javed performs routine GI procedures, such as upper endoscopy and colonoscopy, for the purpose of diagnosis, screening and surveillance of gastrointestinal diseases and cancers. He also specializes in management of inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), Barrett’s esophagus, irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and small bowel disease, as well as liver, gallbladder and biliary disease.

His practice philosophy is based on building partnerships with patients where they feel their voices are heard and their concerns addressed. Dr. Javed is dedicated to providing exceptional care to his patients and advancing his field through cutting-edge research and technology. Away from his practice, Dr. Javed enjoys photography, running, cycling, working out at the gym, traveling and spending time with his family and friends.
