Dr. William McDonough, MD

Dr. William McDonough earned his medical degree at The University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston and completed his residency at the Lonestar Family Health Center in Conroe.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. McDonough has been in practice since 2020 and provides primary care for patients of all ages. His diverse training has allowed him to provide a wide range of in-office procedures.

He believes in an “old-school” style of practice and values keeping as much care as possible under one roof. He also cherishes patients’ autonomy and their right to make informed decisions about health care. Patients describe him as a caring, informative and thorough physician who listens to them, takes time to answer questions and provides follow-up when needed.

Dr. McDonough, a resident of Spring, is married and the father of a son. He plays the organ and directs the choir at his Catholic church and enjoys fishing and competitive sailing when he is away from his practice.
