Dr. Monica Musni, MD

Dr. Monica Musni earned an undergraduate degree in nursing and midwifery at De La Salle Health and Sciences Institute in Cavite, Philippines and her medical degree from University of the East Ramon Magsaysay Memorial Medical Center in Manila. She started her family medicine residency at HCA Houston Healthcare West/University of Houston (years one and two) and completed her third year at HCA Sunrise Health GMR/Southern Hills Hospital and Medical Center in Las Vegas, where she collaborated with faculty and peers to design, coordinate and evaluate an accredited family medicine curriculum.

Dr. Musni, who is board certified in family medicine, provides comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages who come to see her for thoughtful, thorough treatment and guidance. Her primary clinical interests are preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health and helping patients make lifestyle changes.

Seeing a patient as a whole, not just the diagnosis, ensures that her approach to care is collaborative and patient-centered. She values long-term relationships and practical care that fits into real life, and she wants patients to feel not only that she really listens but also that they feel safe and supported in her care.

Dr. Musni is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians.
