Dr. Laura Mansilla, MD

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Biology with honors from the University of Houston, Dr. Laura Mansilla received her medical degree from Texas A&M Health Science Center in College Station, Texas. She went on to complete her family medicine residency at Memorial Family Medicine Residency Program in Sugar Land, Texas. Dr. Mansilla knew early on that she wanted to follow in her mother’s footsteps to become a family medicine physician. 

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Mansilla treats patients ages 6 and older. She provides annual physical exams and treats a variety of acute and chronic medical conditions, such as cold and flu symptoms, diabetes, hypertension and high cholesterol. Her clinical interests include preventive medicine and women’s health, including performing well-woman examinations. Dr. Mansilla is also fluent in Spanish.

Dr. Mansilla believes education is the key to living and leading a healthy life. Her goal is to create a comfortable patient care experience by providing patients with individualized care plans and strives to provide the best advice to her patients when they make medical decisions.

In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, exercising, traveling and attending cultural events.
