Dr. Vanguru graduated from Guntur Medical College, India. She finished her family medicine residency at UCSF affiliated Natividad Medical Center, California. She is a board certified family physician.

She has been a long-time Houston resident and always wanted to move back to Texas after her residency. Having served Katy residents as family Physician for over a year; she is very excited to be part of Memorial Hermann Medical Group.

Dr. Vanguru believes in preventive health care and emphasizes the importance of healthy living. She enjoys seeing patients of all age groups from new-born to geriatrics. She has special interest in treating hyper-tension, diabetes, high cholesterol and women’s health. She is familiar with cultural sensitivities and had a privilege of treating diverse population. She is fluent in English, Telugu, Hindi and medical Spanish.

She enjoys cooking, music, interior decoration and spending time with her husband and young daughter in her free time. She is happily looking forward to serving Katy community for many more years to come through Memorial Hermann Medical Group.
