Dr. Gregory Smith, DO

After finishing his undergraduate degree in biology at Texas Tech University in Lubbock, Dr. Gregory Smith earned his medical degree from the University of North Texas Health Science Center Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in the University of Missouri-Kansas City Community and Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Smith is a board-certified family medicine specialist who sees patients age 5 and older. His primary clinical interests include treating both acute and chronic conditions, as well as women’s health, wellness visits and outpatient procedures such as excisional biopsies, circumcisions and long-acting reversible contraceptive (LARC) placement and removal.

He performs osteopathic manipulation therapy to treat a wide variety of physical conditions including neck, shoulder, back and hip pain.

Dr. Smith’s approach to patient care is based on partnerships. Learning about patients’ priorities allows him to meet them where they are and develop a team approach among the patient, the physician and other staff members. He wants his patients to feel heard and listened to, confident in a collaborative treatment plan that will improve their health.
