Dr. Gregg Castillo, MD

Dr. Gregg Castillo earned his medical degree at the University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School and completed his residency in the Southwest Memorial Family Practice Residency Program in Houston.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Castillo’s clinical interests are diabetes, high blood pressure, physicals and keeping people out of the hospital. He has been in practice in Houston since 2007, treating patients two years and older.

Dr. Castillo focuses on preventative care and keeping his patients healthy, working with them to make sure they understand their condition. Rather than just prescribing medicine, he explains what they are taking and why. His patients appreciate the time he spends with them to discuss their medical problems and treatments.

A resident of Humble, Dr. Castillo is married to a pediatrician. His favorite out-of-office activities are exercising and eating.
