Dr. Gia Han Pham, DO

Dr. Pham earned his undergraduate degree in biochemistry and biology at Baylor University in Waco, Texas, and his medical degree at the Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine in Fort Worth. He completed his family medicine residency at Naval Hospital Jacksonville (Florida) and served as a family medicine physician in the U.S. Navy.

Dr. Pham, who is board certified in family medicine has experience providing high-quality primary care to diverse patient demographics. He sees patients age 5 years and older for acute illnesses, chronic conditions such as high blood pressure and diabetes and preventive measures including vaccinations and cancer screening. In addition to English, he speaks Vietnamese.

Using evidence-based medicine, he provides the most up-to-date care. He considers himself to be a consultant, providing expertise and recommendations so patients can reach their own health care goals. He wants patients to see him as an approachable and trusted medical professional.

Dr. Pham’s greatest professional reward comes from seeing patients achieve their health care goals and knowing that he is part of their success.
