Dr. Aniruddha Gollapalli, MD

After completing his undergraduate degree in biology and business administration at the University of Texas at Dallas, Dr. Aniruddha Gollapalli earned his medical degree at the American University of Antigua. He completed his residency in the Texas A&M University-DeTar Family Medicine Residency Program.

Dr. Gollapalli is board certified in family medicine. He also holds certificates in basic life support (BLS), advanced cardiovascular life support (ACLS), pediatric advanced life support (PALS), obstetrical advanced life support (ALSO) and neonatal resuscitation (NRP).

He treats all types of acute conditions, including colds, flu, sprains and other minor injuries, as well as chronic diseases such as hypertension (high blood pressure) and hypertriglyceridemia (too many fats in the blood). He treats patients of all ages and speaks Telugu, Hindi and Urdu.

Dr. Gollapalli’s approach to care focuses on education. He takes time to carefully explain disease processes, reasons for tests and how medications work, which helps patients take an active role in their health. An empathetic physician, he is motivated by sharing his patients’ victories with them.

Outside of his practice, Dr. Gollapalli is interested in geography and travel, reading history and playing and watching basketball, football and cricket.
