Dr. Harish Devineni, who was born in India and grew up in Chicago, earned his undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering at the University of Illinois at Chicago and his medical degree at the American University of Antigua College of Medicine. He completed his residency at Creighton University Medical Center in Omaha, Neb., a fellowship in general cardiology at East Carolina University in Greenville, N.C., and a fellowship in heart failure and transplant at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth Houston.

Dr. Devineni, who has been in practice since 2014, is board certified in cardiology and also speaks Telugu. His primary clinical and research interests are advanced heart failure and transplant cardiology.

A self-described foodie, Dr. Devieni enjoys spending his free time with his loved ones, traveling, staying physically active and educating himself about nutrition.
