Victor Lugo Merle earned an undergraduate degree in health and exercise science from Regis University and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of Florida. He completed a Sports Residency with NovaCare Philadelphia, which included experience with the Philadelphia Phillies, Philadelphia 76ers, and Temple University NCAA Division I athletics.
Victor's areas of interest and specialization include sports injuries, knee and shoulder. He has advanced certification and training in dry needling (structure and function) and is certified as a Performance Enhancement Specialist and Certified Sports Nutrition Coach by the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
He is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy.
Away from work, Victor enjoys working out, playing basketball and pickleball, attending sporting events, salsa dancing and hanging out with family and friends.
