Susan Doherty, PT, DPT, Pelvic Floor Therapist

Susan Doherty earned her doctorate in physical therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. She has a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health (CAPP-Pelvic) and is also a certified mechanical diagnosis and therapy practitioner and a certified Therapeutic Pain Specialist. Her primary areas of interest and specialization are the pelvic floor and management of pelvic pain conditions.

Susan, a member of Memorial Hermann’s Pelvic Floor Program team, has presented research at national and international meetings and published in peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Texas Physical Therapy Association, International Continence Society and Ehlers-Danlos Society.

In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling with her husband and gardening.
