Samantha Cain, PT, DPT

Sam received a degree in Kinesiology/Sports Medicine from Rice University and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Texas Women’s University and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.

Dr. Cain’s areas of interest and specialization include the foot and ankle, active adults in running and weightlifting, and pediatric athletes. She is a member of the Foot and Ankle Program, the Pediatric Orthopedic Program, and the Gymnastic Medicine Specialty Program. She is involved in teaching the Foot and Ankle in the Memorial Herman Orthopedic Residency Program and has presented spine-based research at a national conference.

She has advanced training as a clinical instructor and enjoys mentoring students and residents. Sam is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys maintaining a healthy lifestyle with weightlifting, cooking, and spending time with her family.
