Board-certified family nurse practitioner Oladayo Pratt focuses on obstetrics/gynecology. A registered nurse since 2010, she has been an advanced practice nurse since 2018. Her primary clinical interests are disease prevention, gynecological and reproductive health, preventive care, women’s health and women’s mental health needs.

Oladayo earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from William Paterson University in Wayne, N.J., and her master’s degree in nursing from Rutgers University of Biomedical Science in Newark, N.J.

A genuine love for helping people and supporting them through important moments in their lives brought Oladayo to a career in health care. Her focus on women’s health allows her to combine compassion with advocacy, education and clinical care. As a younger adult, she often thought about the kind of provider she wished she had—someone who listens, empowers and treats patients with dignity and respect.

That image continues to shape her approach as an OB/GYN nurse practitioner, where Oladayo strives to provide patient-centered, compassionate care that supports women during every stage of life. For her, women-centered care allows women to feel empowered to be the guiding voice in their health care and emphasizes the importance of treating patients in a manner that is respectful, inclusive and evidence-based.

She wants her patients to see her as an honest, respectful, warm and approachable health care provider who listens, creates a safe, nonjudgmental space and ensures patients feel heard, valued and supported in every aspect of their care.

Her greatest professional satisfaction comes from building meaningful relationships with patients and supporting them through important moments. She finds it especially rewarding to educate, empower and partner with women as they make informed decisions about their health, wellness and care.
Oladayo is a member of Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society.

A resident of Cypress, Oladayo is married and the mother of two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, fitness, strength training and world travel.
