Nijiera Addison earned a bachelor’s degree in exercise science and biology from Georgian Court University in Lakewood, N. J., and a doctorate in physical therapy from the University of the
Sciences in Philadelphia. She is certified in pelvic floor dry needling and has advanced training in hip preservation and differentiation of hip and sacroiliac joint dysfunction.
Her primary area of interest is pelvic floor dysfunction, including stress, urge and mixed incontinence. She is a member of Memorial Hermann’s Pelvic Floor Program team where she
works with pelvic pain patients.
Nijiera is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and Texas Physical Therapy Association.
In her leisure time, she enjoys weightlifting, shopping and going home to visit family, friends and her dog.
