Nicole Baker is an accomplished board certified orthopedic physical therapist with over 12 years of clinical experience. She graduated with a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from Azusa Pacific University and completed her orthopedic residency at Harris Health Hospital System. Further enhancing her expertise, Nicole completed a fellowship in manual therapy with Optim Manual Therapy. She currently functions in the role of the Memorial Hermann Spine Program Manager and Manual Therapy Spine Fellowship Coordinator.

Nicole is an esteemed educator, serving as a faculty member for the Memorial Hermann Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency Program and an adjunct faculty member for a sports physical therapy residency, where she specializes in teaching Spine and dance medicine. In addition to her professional commitments, she is dedicated to community service, hosting a pro bono community dance screening clinic every month. As a recognized leader in her field, Nicole has been a speaker at major national conferences, including the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists (AAOMPT) and the APTA Combined Sections Meeting (CSM).
