Mekayla Abrahams, PT, DPT

Mekayla Abrahams earned her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Bowling Green State University. She has clinical experience in pediatrics and acute care settings, and, as an active participant in Memorial Hermann’s Pelvic Floor Health program, she is committed to advanced practice in women’s and pelvic rehabilitation.

Mekayla’s primary clinical interests are birth preparation, postpartum recovery and improving quality of life for individuals experiencing pelvic floor disorders. Her patient-centered approach emphasizes education, functional restoration and compassionate care across each patient’s lifespan.

She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the APTA Academy of Pelvic Health Physical Therapy.

Outside the clinic, she enjoys exploring new restaurants, traveling and hiking.
