Lilly is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA), American Academy of Sports Physical Therapy (AASPT), and National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA). She has advanced certification in Dry Needling. She is involved in teaching and mentoring in Memorial Hermann's residency program and Internal Clinical Mentorship program; and she serves as the Site Coordinator of clinical education.
Lilly's clinical interest and areas of specialization include the knee, shoulder, and sports injuries. She is a member of the Walter Lowe Knee Institute and participates in weekly outreach with Texas Southern University Athletics.
In her free time, she enjoys Crossfit, playing soccer, riding her bike, and traveling to new places.
