Kevin Maloney, PT, DPT, ATC/L

Dr. Kevin Maloney earned his Bachelor of Science in Athletic Training from Western Illinois University in 2010 and his Doctorate in Physical Therapy from the University of Florida in 2015. He completed his Sports Medicine Physical Therapy Residency with Memorial Hermann in 2015 and has remained on staff at the Texas Medical Center facility since. During his time at Memorial Hermann, he has served as residency site coordinator and program coordinator for both the sports and orthopedic programs prior to his current position.

He became a Fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists in 2018 and has presented regionally and nationally on various topics including outcomes following ACLR, psychological considerations during rehabilitation of the athlete, therapeutic modalities, and achilles tendon rupture injuries. He is a medical member of USA Gymnastics with primary responsibilities with the Trampoline & Tumbling National Teams and provides coverage for local dance companies and touring Broadway shows.
