Julie Armendariz, MSN, RN, FNP-C

Julie Armendariz, nurse practitioner for family medicine at the Memorial Hermann Medical Group Katy Primary Care & Pediatrics practice, graduated from UT Health Science Center in Houston. She sees patients ages 4 to adults and has a special interest in preventive medicine and overall health maintenance.

Passionate about helping others, Julie sees herself as an educator and takes time with each patient to fully explain their diagnosis. She wants her patients to understand their diseases and proposed treatment plans. It is important for Julie to have a good rapport with her patients so she encourages them to ask questions in order to provide the best guidance for their individual situation.

In her leisure time, Julie enjoys spending time with her family and friends, and is actively involved with her church.
