Jackie received a master’s degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Jackie’s specialization focuses on post-operative knee rehabilitation, including ACL and cartilage procedures, the athletic shoulder, and knee rehabilitation following sports injuries.

She has advanced certification in Dry Needling, Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM), DorsaVi assessments, and Blood Flow Restriction training. Jackie is involved in teaching anatomy, pathology, and rehabilitation of the athletic knee and emergency management of the injured athlete.

She is lead clinical researcher of Sports-Related Knee Injuries, including anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction, blood flow restriction therapy, and AlterG treadmill therapy. She has presented research at national meetings and published in peer-reviewed journals. Jackie is a member of the Texas Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association. She enjoys evaluating and treating the knee, and mentoring post-graduate physical therapists.
