Erich Hartzog, PT, MPT

Erich received a degree in Physical Therapy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Sports Physical Therapy. Erich’s areas of interest and specialization include the shoulder, knee, foot and ankle. Erich is a member of our concussion program team.

Erich’s Memorial Hermann collaborations include Sugar Land Skeeters. Erich is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association. Erich enjoys spending time with his family and fishing.
