Colette received a degree in Physical Therapy from the University of Wisconsin - Madison and a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the College of St. Scholastica, and is a Board-Certified Clinical Specialist in Orthopaedic Physical Therapy.

Dr. Pientok’s areas of interest and specialization include the spine, shoulder, and sports injuries. She has advanced certification/training manual therapy, functional exercise programs, and Dry Needling.  Colette is a credentialed clinical instructor and oversees the student education for Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation.

Dr. Pientok is involved in teaching/research specific to advancement of clinical education, and has published in peer-reviewed journals. She is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Texas Physical Therapy Association, and serves on the board of the National Consortium of Clinical Educators.

Colette enjoys relaxing on the water, traveling to national parks, photography, and time spent with family and friends.
