Becky Runyan Dowdy, RNC, NP

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Women’s University in Houston, Rebecca Dowdy, RNC, WHNP, attended the UT Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas to become a women's health nurse practitioner. From early on, Becky knew her passion was working with women and young families. She spent many years as a labor and delivery nurse before returning to school to become a nurse practitioner.

Board certified as a women’s health care nurse practitioner, she treats female patients of all ages. Becky provides a wide range of care in obstetrics and gynecology, including well woman visits, gynecological problem visits, birth control planning, and pre and post-menopausal concerns.

In her spare time, Becky enjoys traveling and most importantly spending time with her family and grandchildren.
