Amanda Spratt, MSN, RN, FNP-C, is a family nurse practitioner serving patients ages 2 and up. A graduate of the University of Texas Health Science Center in Houston, Amanda became a nurse practitioner to provide a higher level of care to people and help them to better manage their health. In her medical training, she completed an Emergency Trauma Concentration Program, uniquely qualifying her for different aspects of emergency and trauma care.
Amanda sees patients for well-woman exams, office procedures, and chronic disease management including hypertension and diabetes, as well as acute illnesses including sore throats, aches and sprains, among others.
With a kind and comfortable demeanor, she treats her patients like she would want her friends or family to be treated. She wants each of her patients’ lives to be improved after seeing her. For her, the best part of practicing medicine is getting to know each patient, and knowing that each day is completely different.
In her spare time, Amanda enjoys baking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
