Memorial Hermann Health System is proud to announce that Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center (TMC) has been recognized by Becker’s Hospital Review as one of the ‘100 Great Hospitals in America’ for the third consecutive year.

According to Becker’s, hospitals named to the list stand out for their exceptional clinical performance, unwavering focus on patient safety and dedication to innovation, research and education.

For more than a century, Memorial Hermann-TMC has served as a leader in adult and pediatric trauma care and is one of only two Level I trauma centers in Southeast Texas. The campus is the primary teaching hospital for McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center and is home to nationally recognized programs in heart and vascular care, trauma, kidney care, neuroscience, orthopedics, women’s health and organ transplantation. Memorial Hermann-TMC is also home to Memorial Hermann Life Flight, one of the nation’s first air medical services and treats more than 14,000 adult and pediatric trauma patients each year. The campus includes TIRR Memorial Hermann, ranked second in the U.S. for medical rehabilitation and Children’s Memorial Hermann, which has received multiple national recognitions in partnership with Memorial Hermann-TMC.
