Memorial Hermann Health System has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2023 honor by the Houston Chronicle. Memorial Hermann ranked 11th among large companies with 500 or more local employees, and first among the region’s hospitals and health systems.
The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey. The confidential survey measures 15 culture drivers that are critical to the success of any organization, including alignment, execution and connection.
“Memorial Hermann is honored to once again be recognized as a Top Workplace by the Houston Chronicle,” said Lori Knowles, senior vice president and chief human resources officer with Memorial Hermann. “This recognition is a testament to Memorial Hermann’s holistic approach to creating an environment where our more than 33,000 employees and more than 6,600 active medical staff can thrive. An environment that values diversity, focuses on wellness and provides tools and benefits that recognize and support our employees’ whole selves – from mental health and family life to personal and professional growth.”
