HOUSTON (June 12, 2025)

Memorial Hermann announced today that it has been recognized as one of America’s Greatest Workplaces 2025 by Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group.

"We are incredibly honored to be recognized on America's Greatest Workplaces list," said Lori Knowles, senior vice president and chief human resources officer at Memorial Hermann. "This distinction is a testament to our unwavering commitment to fostering a supportive and engaging environment where our employees feel valued, empowered, and inspired to deliver exceptional care. We believe that when our team thrives, so does our ability to serve our community, and this recognition truly reflects the natural engagement and dedication of our incredible workforce."

According to Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group, the ranking involved an assessment of publicly accessible data, more than 400,000 employee interviews, more than 4.9 million comprehensive company reviews and an analysis of more than 120 key performance indicators. Respondents provided insights and experiences on corporate culture, working conditions and other aspects of their current employer and other companies they know. The companies highlighted on the list demonstrate how prioritizing workplace satisfaction can prove advantageous both for their employees and themselves.

“Companies that emphasize building a strong workplace environment see higher levels of employee engagement. And with higher employee engagement comes a range of benefits,” said Jennifer H. Cunningham, Editor-in-Chief of Newsweek. “That’s why Newsweek and Plant-A Insights Group are partnering for the third-annual ranking of America’s Greatest Workplaces, recognizing the companies where employee engagement comes naturally.”
