PEARLAND, TEXAS (December 11, 2015)

Providing the highest level of care as Pearland’s premier hospital and creating a culture of service to the community was the theme of a recent luncheon hosted by Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital Sr. Vice President and CEO, Mario Garner, Ed D, FACHE.

During the luncheon, Garner highlighted the many services and specialties that will be offered at the new hospital. Memorial Hermann Pearland is set to open in March 2016. The 64-bed hospital is being built with the ability to expand to 128-beds when the need arises.

“Pearland is one of the fastest growing communities in the state and we want to be sure we’re not just meeting the healthcare needs of the community today, we want to meet the needs of the community for years to come,” says Garner. “It speaks to the promise Memorial Hermann has made to the community to advance health.”

Memorial Hermann Pearland sits on a 40-acre comprehensive medical campus that also includes a Convenient Care Center, 100,000 square-foot physician office building and a Memorial Hermann Life Flight® helipad. The hospital will offer many of the high quality services offered by Memorial Hermann including cardiac catheterization labs, comprehensive radiology and laboratory services, women’s and children’s services and sports medicine and rehabilitation.

“Our goal is to be the premier hospital for Pearland and the surrounding communities,” says Garner. “We want to provide the highest quality of patient-centered care and be an active member of the community in which we live and work.”
