As the leader of two high-performing hospitals within Memorial Hermann's north region, Kendrick's strategic approach has driven innovation, growth and community impact throughout his tenure. From beginning the American Nurses Credentialing Center's (ANCC) Journey to Magnet® at Memorial Hermann Northeast, to leading Memorial Hermann The Woodlands' successful efforts to earn a top 10 Vizient ranking, as well as national recognitions including the ANCC's elite Magnet with Distinction™ designation, Kendrick consistently demonstrates his abilities as a leader in improving community health. He has also overseen major expansion projects like the $250 million South Tower expansion in The Woodlands, launched initiatives to improve employee engagement and patient experience at both campuses, with results exceeding hospital cohort averages nationwide.

A champion of multiple successful philanthropic campaigns, Kendrick also holds leadership roles in local chambers and nonprofits in both areas.
