Employees of the Quarter Honored at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital

Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital has selected the hospital's second quarter Employees of the Quarter. The employees were honored at the hospital's monthly "iWOWed" (i Work On Wonderful every day) ceremonies which recognizes employees who receive five or more compliments in a three-month period. Selected were:

• Employee of the Quarter from Support Services - Donald Jones of the Facilities Department.
• Employee of the Quarter for Ancilliary Services - Vicki Tanner of Case Management Department.
• Employee of the Quarter for Nursing Services - Anita Brown of Intermediate Care Unit.

Employees at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital are nominated by their co-workers for meeting and exceeding the six behaviors expected of all Memorial Hermann employees - accountability, innovation, collaboration, compassion, competency and respect.

The nominated employees are reviewed by the Employee Recognition Committee and recipients are chosen from each of the following department categories - direct patient care, ancillary departments and support departments.
