Dr. Pradeep Kodali, MD

Dr. Pradeep Kodali received his medical degree from Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine in Rootstown where he was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. He completed his orthopedic surgery residency at Northwestern University McGaw Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois, and his fellowship in orthopedic sports medicine at Cleveland Clinic Foundation in Ohio.

Board certified in orthopedic surgery and sports medicine, Dr. Kodali has clinical interests that include knee and shoulder problems, minimally invasive surgery, sports injuries, arthritis, fracture care and general orthopedics. He uses both surgical and non-surgical measures to improve each patient’s quality of life.

In practice since 2004, Dr. Kodali treats patients from eight years of age and members of his office speak Spanish. His goal is to return competitive athletes, weekend warriors, and all other patients to their previous level of activity. He uses a multidisciplinary conservative approach with methods such as pharmacological therapy, physical or occupational therapy, injections or bracing to help achieve this goal. He performs surgery on patients who don’t respond to these conservative measures.

Dr. Kodali worked alongside physicians for the Chicago Bears and Chicago Cubs. He is a member of medical professional societies and served as an assistant professor in the department of Orthopedic Surgery at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) Medical School before going into private practice.

Residents of southwest Houston, Dr. Kodali and his wife have two children. Outside of the clinic, he enjoys sports and traveling.
