Dr. Thomas comes from a family with a history of diabetes, and this fact influenced both her decision to practice medicine as well as the subspecialty she chose to pursue. She received her Endocrinology sub-specialty training from Louisiana State University Medical Center in Shreveport, LA. During her residency training in Internal Medicine, she was honored to serve as chief resident at the Englewood Hospital and Medical Center in New Jersey. Her clinical interests are diabetes, thyroid, parathyroid, cholesterol, osteoporosis, and ovarian and testicular diseases and disorders. She treats patients 18 years and older.
Board certified in endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. Dr. Thomas has been in practice for eight years. Her treatment recommendations are individualized, based on careful assessment in combination with any necessary diagnostic testing. Dr. Thomas believes that honesty, trust and open dialog form the foundation of a successful patient/doctor relationship.
She lives in Conroe, Texas, with her husband and two young children, and enjoys painting, cooking and traveling when time allows.
