Stroke survivors, family and other caregivers are invited to join us as we share, discuss and learn about living life after Stroke. The support group is facilitated by a clinician who specializes in stroke care. Each month, a different guest speaker will present on a topic related to stroke recovery such as prevention of future strokes, different therapies available to aid in recovery, mental and emotional health for the survivors and care givers, and other relevant topics. Attendees will benefit from the same speaker being presented virtually while also having the opportunity to meet and engage with others in person
