Please note that all patients under the age of 16 are required to be accompanied by an adult, adult family member or legal guardian during their treatment time. Patients 16 years of age or older are required to be accompanied by an adult during their initial appointment for paper work and consent purposes. After the initial visit, adult supervision may no longer be required. If an adult is not present with the patient as listed by our age requirements, the patient may be asked to be rescheduled.
Salvatore Doceti, DPT has a doctorate in physical therapy and is a certified strength and conditioning specialist. In practice since 2003, he does Graston Technique/IASTM and specializes in treatment of the neck/shoulder, knee, foot and ankle areas. Salvatore is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments outside of regular clinic hours.
Dennis Kiecke, PT has a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy, and is board certified as both a sports clinical specialist and an athletic trainer. He specializes in providing therapy for total knee joint replacement, patellofemoral disorders, arthroscopic knee surgery, ACL reconstruction, foot surgeries, ankle surgeries, ankle fusion, shoulder impingement, total shoulder joint replacement, rotator cuff repair, shoulder labral repair and shoulder sub-acromial decompression.
Darrin Leatherwood, PT has a Bachelor of Science in physical therapy and is certified in orthopedic manual therapy. He provides therapy for most upper extremity cases (except some hand conditions), all lower extremity conditions, some limited neurological conditions, as well as balance, gait and spinal issues involving the cervical, thoracic, and lumbar regions. He uses a manual approach for upper and lower extremity conditions that involves joint and soft tissue limitations. In practice since 1990, he sees patients ages 8 and older (pediatric patients for orthopedic only). In addition to regular clinic hours, Darrin is available to schedule early morning and evening appointments.
Michael Chin, PTA has an associate’s degree in applied science /physical therapy assistant. He provides general orthopedic therapy for the neck/shoulder, hip and knee areas for patients ages 16 and older. In addition to regular clinic hours, he is available for early morning appointments.
