Dr. Paul Kenworthy, MD

After graduating from Wittenberg University in Springfield, Ohio, with a summa cum laude undergraduate degree in biology, Dr. Paul Kenworthy earned his medical degree from Ohio State University College of Medicine. He completed residencies in surgery and urology at the McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston.

Dr. Kenworthy, who is board certified by the American Board of Urology, has been in practice since 1996.

In addition to general urology, Dr. Kenworthy’s areas of special interest include bladder pain (interstitial cystitis), UroLift treatment of BPH (benign prostatic hyperplasia or enlarged prostate), erectile dysfunction causes and treatment, kidney stone diagnosis and treatment (lithotripsy), laparoscopic surgery, prostate cancer diagnosis and treatment, urinary incontinence and no-scalpel vasectomy.

He is a member of the Montgomery County Medical Society, Texas Medical Association, American Urological Association and the American Association of Clinical Urologists. He has published his research findings in Urology and the Journal of Urology and presented at numerous scientific proceedings.
