Dr. George Delclos earned his medical degree in Spain at the University of Barcelona. He completed his internship, followed by a residency in internal medicine and fellowship in pulmonary diseases at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.

Board certified in internal medicine, pulmonary diseases and occupational medicine, Dr. Delclos has been in practice since 1981. He sees patients ages 16 and older and also speaks Spanish and Catalan. His primary clinical interests are occupational medicine, internal medicine, and occupational and environmental lung disorders.

His patients credit Dr. Delclos for being knowledgeable and easy to talk to and for sharing health information in a highly understandable manner.

In addition to his clinical practice, Dr. Delclos is a professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health Sciences at UTHealth Houston School of Public Health and is a UT System Distinguished Teaching Professor and Medical Director of UTHealth Services since 1993. 

A resident of southwest Houston, Dr. Delclos is married and the father of four children and five grandchildren.
