Dr. Concepcion Diaz-Arrastia earned her medical degree at Rutgers Medical School in Piscataway, New Jersey. She completed an internship and residency in obstetrics-gynecology and a fellowship in gynecologic oncology at the State University of New York Downstate Medical Center in Brooklyn.

In practice since 1994, Dr. Diaz-Arrastia is board certified in obstetrics-gynecology and gynecologic oncology. She treats pediatric and adult patients with gynecological tumors and speaks Spanish.

Dr. Diaz-Arrastia’s primary clinical interests are gynecologic tumors (ovaries, fallopian tubes, uterus, cervix, vulva), fertility preservation in patients with gynecologic tumors, HPV (human papillomavirus), cervical neoplasia and cervical cancer. A practice style characterized by the warmth and caring allows her to create a special bond with her patients. Her patients also value her surgical expertise and excellent clinical judgement.
