Dr. Moiz Ahmed, MD

Dr. Moiz Ahmed earned his medical degree from Sindh Medical College in Karachi, Pakistan.
He then completed his family medicine residency program at McGovern Medical School at UTHealth in Houston.

Board certified in family medicine, Dr. Ahmed has practiced medicine since 2007.
His clinical interests include urgent care, chronic disease management and geriatric care.

Dr. Ahmed offers personalized care for the whole family in a comforting and relaxing environment. He believes in working closely with each patient to understand their medical needs. He treats patients with a variety of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, infectious diseases, obesity, osteoporosis, thyroid disease, cancer and heart disease. Dr. Ahmed sees patients from five years and older. Members of his office staff speak Urdu, Hindi and Punjabi.

He belongs to the American Academy of Family Medicine.

Residents of the Katy area, Dr. Ahmed and his wife have two daughters.
When not in the clinic, he enjoys watching movies, gardening and spending time with his family and friends.
