To pre-register, patients are required to create a My Memorial Hermann™ account. This secure online portal allows you to access the necessary forms and complete your pre-registration process conveniently.

Pre-register for your hospital maternity stay at Memorial Hermann by following the steps below. You can complete the process anytime during your pregnancy.
To pre-register, patients are required to create a My Memorial Hermann™ account. Once you’ve logged into your My Memorial Hermann account, click the menu button and select “Register for My Delivery.”

A member of the preadmissions team will follow up with you by phone to confirm your pre-registration and go over any questions you may have. They may also talk with you about delivery-related costs.
