At the Memorial Hermann Sleep Disorders Center at TIRR Memorial Hermann, our dedicated team is here to help you get the restorative sleep you need. We have a sleep medicine specialist and trained technologists who work with you and your doctor to understand your sleep problems and create a personalized treatment plan.

In addition to treating common sleep disorders, we have experience in addressing the unique sleep challenges that can follow traumatic brain injury, stroke or other neurological condition. Our goal is to help you improve your overall quality of life.

Parking for the Memorial Hermann Sleep Disorders Center at TIRR Memorial Hermann is located in the Texas Medical Center, at 1333 Moursund St., Houston, Texas, 77030. There is limited surface parking available in Lot GG. The nearest parking garage is Texas Medical Center Garage 6 located at 1300 Moursund St., at the corner of Moursund St. and MD Anderson Blvd.

The Texas Medical Center operates multiple parking facilities for visitors and offers daily and multi-day parking options. Visit TMC Visitor Parking for more information.

Parking will be validated for sleep study patients. Patent MUST check in at desk directly inside building. They will then be directed to a comfortable waiting area and either security or sleep lab staff will come to escort the patient to the lab. There's no need for patients to arrive early.
