The cafeteria at Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Vending machines are located next to the cafeteria, near the Southwest Tower Lobby, in the Family Life Center Waiting room on the 2nd floor of the South Tower and in the Emergency Department.
A wide variety of toiletries, gifts and plants are available in the Gift Shop located off the Main Lobby at Entrance A. The Memorial Hermann Northeast volunteers staff the shop, and proceeds are donated back to the hospital. For more information, call (281) 540-7844.

General visiting hours are from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. After 9 p.m. and for visitors planning to stay overnight, a visitor's pass is required. This may be obtained through the Security Desk at the Emergency Department.

We are a tobacco-free campus. Tobacco use is not permitted inside or on the grounds outside the hospital. If you are interested in one of our smoking cessation seminars, contact our Cardiopulmonary Department at (281) 540-7851.
Language Assistance: Interpreter services are available for all languages (including American Sign Language - ASL). The patient or family representative may ask a nurse for assistance.
