As of 2024, Healthgrades awarded Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center with America’s 100 Best Hospitals for Stroke Care Award™ (2022-2024) for providing superior clinical outcomes in the care and treatment of stroke. Memorial Hermann-TMC is also ranked #1 in Texas for Neurosciences and #1 for Stroke Care. In addition, Memorial Hermann-TMC is ranked #2 in Texas for Cranial Neurosurgery.

Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital, Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital, and Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital were also awarded with the Stroke Care Excellence Award.
In 2023, Memorial Hermann-Texas Medical Center was recognized and ranked 30th nationally in Neurology and Neurosurgery. They were also Designated as High Performing in procedures/conditions for stroke.
Memorial Hermann Greater Heights Hospital (ranked jointly with Memorial Hermann The Woodlands Medical Center, Memorial Hermann Pearland Hospital, Memorial Hermann Southeast Hospital and Memorial Hermann Southwest Hospital) along with Memorial Hermann Memorial City Medical Center were recognized and designated as High Performing in the specialty of Neurology & Neurosurgery as well as being designated as High Performing in procedures/conditions for stroke.
Memorial Hermann Northeast Hospital and Memorial Hermann Katy Hospital were both designated as High Performing in procedures/conditions for stroke.
