Shayla felt completely broken inside before the PaRC. When she checked herself in, she had no idea that life would be the way it was today. "Once you took away the drug and the drink, I realized that Shayla was the problem." At PaRC, she experienced something that shifted inside of her - she was worth a better life. She is thankful for the counselors, the staff, the fellowship and the chance to redefine who she is. After her stay, she went to sober living and now she manages a women's sober living home and takes it one day at a time.
