Prepared Childbirth (2 Week) - In Person - The Woodlands

This class places emphasis on the physical and emotional changes during pregnancy, stages of labor, partner's role, comfort measures, relaxation, breathing techniques, and anesthesia options.

Partners are encouraged to attend.

Duration of Class: 3 hours ** Register the expectant mother only **

Classes are taught by Registered Nurses.
