Event Description
Our virtual maternity tours are done via Zoom and are led by our prenatal educator guiding you through Labor & Delivery and our Family Life Center. The tour will provide you with valuable information to help you prepare for your baby’s birth and learn what to expect during your stay.
If you are considering breastfeeding or have decided to breastfeed, we invite you to stay online after the tour for an optional breastfeeding overview. “Getting Breastfeeding off to a Great Start” will review the benefits of breastfeeding, the importance of skin to skin contact, feeding cues, colostrum, achieving a successful latch, how to tell baby has completed a feeding and other information to help you achieve your breastfeeding goals.
