Dr. Rajan Kadakia, MD

Dr. Rajan Kadakia grew up in Houston and received his undergraduate education at the University of Chicago in Illinois. He earned his medical degree at the Medical College of Virginia in Richmond and completed his residency in internal medicine at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston.  Dr. Kadakia then completed his cardiology and interventional cardiology fellowships at the Texas Heart Institute in Houston, where he served as chief interventional fellow.

Board certified in cardiovascular disease, interventional cardiology and nuclear cardiology, Dr. Kadakia has been in practice since 2008. He specializes in coronary and peripheral vascular interventions and the trans-radial approach for coronary and peripheral interventions.

Dr. Kadakia is involved in clinical and basic science research. He has published several articles in medical journals in the field of cardiology.
