Dr. Ajay Bhora, MD

Dr. Ajay Bhora earned his medical degree at Armed Forces Medical College in Pune, India, and completed his residency in internal medicine at State University of New York in Buffalo.

Board certified in internal medicine and obesity medicine, Dr. Bhora has been in practice since 1999. He sees patients 14 and older and also speaks Hindi, Rajasthani and Telugu. His primary clinical interests are diabetes, high cholesterol, high blood pressure and other chronic conditions.

Dr. Bhora’s practice approach involves helping patients change habits that contribute to metabolic syndrome and major cardiovascular disease. He works on on slowing down the aging process and improving agility and mobility in all age groups.

A resident of Sugar Land, Dr. Bhora is married and the father of two children. His favorite leisure activities are cricket and running.
