Dr. Sanjay Lulla earned his undergraduate economics degree in New York at the University of Rochester and his medical degree at the University of North Texas Health Science Center at Fort Worth Texas College of Osteopathic Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at McGovern Medical School at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) and a fellowship in cardiovascular disease at the University of Florida College of Medicine-Jacksonville.
Dr. Lulla, a fellow of the American College of Cardiology (FACC), is board certified in internal medicine, cardiovascular disease, echocardiography and nuclear medicine. He has been in practice since 2013 and treats adults ages 18 and older. His primary clinical interests are preventive cardiology, heart failure and imaging.
The foundations of Dr. Lulla’s practice are individualized care, a focus on cardiovascular prevention and promoting healthy lifestyles to reduce risk of future cardiovascular events. He is dedicated to providing quality care, maintaining open communication and spending time with patients to educate them about their conditions and treatment options.
Away from his practice, Dr. Lulla enjoys traveling, trying new restaurants and recipes, and spending time with his wife and family.
